FITNESS CENTER : Classes
*Hyperion Fitness Classes

Core Camp (20 minutes) An aggressive abdominal camp. This class may use any combination of weights, balls, bands, tubes, and bars to give you the ultimate resistance-training workout for the core.


Fit Camp (30 minutes) An aggressive boot-camp style cardio class that combines high-intensity conditioning and strength training movement. Fit camp sculpts and tones the entire body using a variety of fun exercises.


Pilates (45 minutes) Create longer, stronger, leaner muscles, increased flexibility, flatter abdominals and better posture while relieving stress and making yourself healthier. *Pilates run in 6-week sessions, participants must pre-register with Karla Richards (515) 473-4094.

Circuit Camp:
Fit Camp: T, TH (5:40 p.m.)
Core Camp: T, TH (6:10 p.m.)
Pilates: Monday & Wednesday 6pm


Class Rates

Core Camp: 12 sessions @ $12 a session
Fit Camp: 12 sessions @ $15 a session
Pilates: 12 sessions @ $10 a session
